Online Company Application
STEP 1. Fill up the online application form.
STEP 2. We will reserve your company name first. ( NO PAYMENT NEEDED YET ! )
STEP 3. Name Approved! Make the necessary payment to EBOS.
STEP 4. Company will be incorporated immediately (subject to government name approval) !
STEP 5. We prepare the letter of engagement and all post incorporation documents once your name is incorporated.
STEP 6a. (Local Citizen)
If we have meet you during Pre-Incorporation, we will email post incorporation documents for you sign.
STEP 6b. (Overseas)
If we have meet you during Pre-Incorporation period, we will email post incorporation documents for you sign. Please sign your documents in front of a notary public.
If we have not meet you during Pre-Incorporation period , we will require you to sign and witness by a Notary public before Incorporation or before KYC is done.
STEP 7. Return the original incorporation documents to us within 7 days by post or courier.

- For corporate shareholder, please fill in the Company Name, Company Registration in the box provided below. We will contact you to obtain more information from you.
- If you have more than 4 directors/shareholders, please mention it in the message box. We will contact you to obtain more information from you.
- Once basic verification is done, letter of engagement must be signed together with post incorporation documents.
- I confirm that I have obtain the approval from all the directors and the shareholders before requesting for incorporation.
- I am NOT an undischarged bankrupt (whether he was adjudged bankrupt by a Singapore court or a foreign court having jurisdiction in bankruptcy), shall not act as a director of, or directly or indirectly takes part in or be concerned in the management of, any corporation, except with the leave of the Court or the written permission of the Official Assignee.

- I am NOT a “Politically exposed person” who is or has been entrusted with any prominent public function in Singapore or a foreign country, or an individual who is or has been entrusted with any prominent public function by an international organisation, and includes an immediate family member or close associate of such an individual.
